Assessment and Training
I have more than two decades experience as a Dragon assessor and trainer. Over the years I have introduced Dragon to hundreds of people, including doctors, lawyers, professors, writers, journalists, office workers, and university students. I have also led workshops for other trainers and advanced users.
I offer both in-person and remote Dragon assessments and training.
Coaching and Workshops for Experienced Dragon Users
Overview
I help Dragon users work faster and more accurately, with less frustration and downtime.
Dragon users often complain about the program's accuracy, stability, and user-friendliness. However, when approached with understanding, Dragon can be highly accurate, stable, and a pleasure to use.
With over 20 years experience with Dragon, I've developed effective strategies to circumvent many issues, and teach others to master Dragon.
Sessions are available both in-person and virtually. I offer individual coaching sessions and group workshops. Clients generally benefit from one to three sessions, although there is no minimum requirement.
Topics
- Revise documents up to ten times faster
- Prevent Dragon freezes and crashes
- Handle Dragon's inevitable errors more effectively
- Streamline file management
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Drive Excel by voice
- Other topics on request
My goal is to double your productivity with Dragon.

Custom Dragon Commands
I develop commands for Dragon that automate complex, multi-step processes. For example, instead of saying ten commands to perform a task, a Dragon user can say one custom command that does exactly the same thing. Custom Dragon commands save time, effort, and frustration; and are less likely to misfire and cause mistakes.
I also "voice-enable" Dragon-unfriendly applications. Using custom Dragon commands makes it possible to control unsupported applications reliably, efficiently, and intuitively by voice.
Read a story about how I voice-enabled a complex application.
Dragon for Unsupported Accents and Speech Difficulties
Dragon does not work well for people who have certain accents, or who have speech-related disabilities. I use special training protocols to help Dragon respond more accurately to these individuals.
